or industry, or the salary offered by the new customer is

meet our customer¡¯s requirement as far as we could. However,
if after analysis and assessment we find out that the
position to be recruited as commissioned by a customer is
too hard to come by or that we are unable to execute the job
well for the time being, we will clearly inform the customer
as soon as possible, and recommend other solutions for the
customer.
If a requirement of a
new customer violates the rules for business ethics, or
seriously affects the interest of our long-term customers
who have a good cooperative relation with us, we are
entitled to refuse that requirement.
