The jobholder is responsible for planning, directing and coordinating all activities relating to the distribution of products to customers of the local market. Ensure the safety, security in Transportation; ensure the operation effectiveness, quality management, budgeting and cost control. Provide high quality service to internal & external customers to achieve KIP and Target. Support the strategy plan and project; provide internal training to enhance people development and continuous improvement. 3. Accountabilities & Key Responsibilities Decision accountabilities: ? Prime: All matters related to Transportation operation ? Shared: Decisions relating to operation departments ? Contributory: Advice to other strategy function departments Key responsibilities: ? Being a member of the food safety committee, mainly in charge of the food safety inspection and the standardized operation training of the employees related to transportation, supervising and ensuring the implementation of the food safety management system in the Transportation Department; ? Ensure the distribution process such as service level, on time deliveries and delivery frequency is operated in compliance with HAVI’s international standards and meets customers’ requirements ? Achieve outstanding results in regular DQMP / DC audits ? Ensure all the distribution equipment and facilities are properly maintainedFor internal use only. Page 2 of 4 ? Administer the transportation module of the company system ? Supervise the optimization of route scheduling to achieve workload balancing, mileage saving and better resources allocation ? Seek continuous process, quality and cost improvements by researching and developing new operational practice and technological advancement ? Promote safe work activities by conducting safety audits, attending company safety meetings, and meeting with individual staff members

? 5 years distribution service or logistics experience, of which 3 years in a managerial role. ? Experience in leading a transport fleet and technical experience in vehicles Qualifications: Essential ? Bachelor degree in Transport Management, Logistics Management, Business Administration, Electrical and Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Science or related disciplines ? High dominance – result oriented, strong executive ability, decisive and flexible in tackling urgent cases ? Influencing and collaboration skills – be able to influence others to drive team performance ? High Compliance – Understand and ensure daily operation to be in line with company standard operation procedures and guidelines. Strong safety sense and promote work safety by example
