Brief Job Description:


In charge of Global accounts (WM + C4) business

Budget control, business planning and negotiation with KA headquarters.

Plan and implement market development plan to improve market share

Be Responsible for Annual Contract negotiation with Key global accounts

Work with category management team to present accounts to secure support for identified business building opportunities. Lead/conduct persuasive and influential presentations to achieve a positive impact on distribution and merchandising decisions in assigned accounts.

Conducts regular business analysis and quality customer interactions to determine the status of accounts and identify potential problems and ensure aligned KPI delivering.

Five years or above of relevant experience with above 2-3 years in supervisor role 5+ years Ability of continuous learning and adaptability 3+ years Team work 3+ years
