GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS Focus on the most significant yet representative aspects of the position as it currently exists. BASIC FUNCTION: Give a summary statement of the principal end result expected of the position. Assist planning manager to lead new project coordination in China SI&OP process, ensure excellence customer service and gain continuous working capital productivity. 2. RELATIONSHIPS: "Assistant Manager, China supply chain planning department "Direct report to SC planning manager "Subordinate included planning specialist, planner and coordinator etc. "Cooperated functional peers included: 1. China SC managers (i.e. plant manager, QA manager, assistant SC finance controller etc), 2. S&OP team (i.e. marketing directors and managers, trade sales director, medical sales director, sales support senior manager, finance planning assistant director etc) 3. Regional supply chain planning director and managers 4. Regional R&D managers 3. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Describe important specific results that incumbent and subordinates are expected to achieve. Describe types of policies, "philosophy and procedures incumbent recommends or approves (indicate which). Give examples of goals, quotas, performance standards and other types of planning incumbent recommends or approves (indicate which). Business Management Activities: Assist planning manager to lead new project coordination in China SI&OP process, continuously improve new project process and gain productivity by optimize resource, facilitating the engagement of senior management; Ensure new project launch on time and excellence customer service level by the approach / activities of: ? Organize routine new project meeting. ? Provide alternatives to executive S&OP team for new project and supply issues; ? Execute China plus strategy to support China market requirement; ? Closely monitor supply status to mitigate air-freight and write off cost; ? Facilitate inventory flow efficiency of upstream, downstream and operation; ? Balance demand and supply plan in SI&OP process; Key Performance Indicators: New projects on-time launch Forecast accuracy; OFR/LFR; Working capital of China legal entity (incl. Mkt and SC) People Management Activities: Team work with relationships and accountable directly for all kind of planning activities; Influencing, teamwork and coaching to efficiently achieve KPIs target; Motivate the personnel in professional development; 4. SCOPE: Indicate appropriate and representative measures of "job size". For example, sales volume being generated, handled or serviced; budget being developed and administered; principal brands worked on; specialized measures such as equipment rental costs, volume of purchases, volume of receivables, volume of products distributed, etc. Sales value: $850MM, sales volume: 50,000MT per year; Production volume: 50,000MT per year; Material requirement volume: 50,000MT per year; Working capital: 6% with $60MM inventory value of legal entity; SKU: 40 SKUs included import products; Material item number: 200;

REQUIREMENTS: Technical know-how: Knowledge of demand and supply management, including of S&OP process, demand forecast, MRP II, MPS; Knowledge of inventory management theory and practice; Knowledge of the company's products and manufacturing processes; Knowledge of sales and marketing; Knowledge of plant material flows through warehousing, quality control and the plant; Good English in both speaking and writing; Good computer skill in PC and MRPII operation Managerial skills: People / team management skills; Business management skills; Leadership skills, including of empowerment, influencing and coaching; Interpersonal skills: Interpersonal communication skills; 6. LATITUDE: A. Describe the type and extent of controls which limit the employee's freedom to make final decisions or take action, such as existing policies or procedures, maximum dollar approval authority (Please indicate), etc. Inventory management policy (GOA of PR) - continuous; Production capacity- continuous; Production sequence required by hygienic - continuous; Constraint material supply to support in-plant or 3rd party production - aperiodic; Regulatory change - aperiodic; Special decision of immediate supervisor and / or general manager - aperiodic; External environment change - aperiodic; The company's compliance requirement - continuous ; B. New project meeting minutes and effectiveness report - monthly Scenarios for new project issue - monthly; Personnel activity allocation; C. Indicate frequency and availability or supervision received. Directly supervised by SC planning manager - Weekly & in case; Endorsed by great China SC director and S&OP team, including of trade sales director, marketing directors, medical sales directors, finance planning assistant director, SC finance controller - monthly or in case; Endorsed by Regional new project team; 7. SAFETY & ENVIRONMENT The safety and environmental requirements of this position are to: Maintain a safe work force; Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) where and when required; Maintain high housekeeping standards both in and outside place of work; Report all accidents to your direct supervisor/manager.
