Why does this position exist?): 1) This position lead Plant Production, Ensure running of the entire production process in accordance with company principles, providing high quality product and meet OTIF, Make sure all work order on time on quality to be finish, Make sure EHS and 5s be fully implemented, Make sure all production report system Record correct and operator training and motivation. 2) This position lead Banfu plant Maintenance team and support capacity expansion project. Fully explain the impact of this position within the organization: This position in charge of plant production department, Make sure all work order can be on time on quantity to be finished also cost effectively, Make sure all equipment running in good situation and work shop site management 5S & MDW implementation, Make sure all License/certificate/customer audit can be passed. This position will lead plant maintenance team to make sure all our machine be correct and effectively be used and also efficiency improvement and cost saving project implementation. This position will work together with Engineer manager to implement capacity expansion project. B.
