Develop sales plans and manage day-to-day activities in order to implement the organization's overall sales strategy " Prepare sales forecast and budgets, monitor sales volume, revenue and costs against forecasts " Identify sales opportunities by identifying customer requirements, define market and forecast projected business " Improve product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities and coordinate new product development " Sustain rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits, explore specific needs and anticipate opportunities " Report all relevant market information collected during your sales meetings concerning competition, projects and prices Dextra Group Established in Thailand since 1983 by a group of French entrepreneurs and with operations in Hong Kong, China, India, UAE, USA, France and Brazil, Dextra Group is a world leading manufacturer and distributor of engineered construction products for the building, civil and power industries. Dextra China is looking for its China Sales Manager based in Guangzhou. Reporting directly to the Dextra China General Manager, you will be in charge of the entire China territory and your primary responsibility will be to develop the sales in China and outside China through Chinese contractors. Leader and promoter, you can work independently in developing our business with full responsibility from the identification of the project to the follow up of orders.
招聘要求
Age: 30 - 40 years old. " Education: Bachelor or Master Degree in Civil Engineering. " Experience: At least 4 years experience in the sales of engineered products or/and promotion of construction/technical products, with high responsibilities. " Enthusiastic character with excellent communication and negotiation skills. " Mature and confident, with customer and service-mind oriented. " Autonomous, responsible and able to prioritize various simultaneous tasks. " Good team player, results orientated, honest and straightforward. " Chinese Mandarin mother tongue and excellent command of spoken and written in English. " You are able to work independently and travel frequently.
